The conditions describe, define and regulate the conditions of use of the website concerning the project Drava - Natura 2000, a river for the future; Improving the conservation status of species and habitat types of both the river and riparian belts of the Drava River.
As we are well aware of the importance of the privacy policy, we would like to inform you in further text that the RDA Podravje - Maribor respects your privacy and is committed to handle collecting, storing and processing of personal data with care and in accordance with current regulations regarding personal data protection.

RDA Podravje - Maribor reserves the right to change the website. In the matter of quoting, summarizing or any further use of texts from the website, it is requisite to cite the source - www.drava-natura.si, while in the matter of using photographs, their authors are to be cited.

Events taking place along educative trails and in interpretation zones (e.g. guided tours) can be documented (photographed and audiovisually recorded) for promotional purposes. By being present at these locations, the visitors shall agree that we can take pictures or make video clips of them and upload them to the website, social networks and in other promotional materials of the project. If the visitors do not consent to being photographed, filmed and their pictures being used in this way, they are liable to acquaint the organizer of the event or guided tour with their wish upon their arrival.

RDA Podravje - Maribor will keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the implementation of the purpose for which they have been obtained. The personal data retention period can vary depending on the current sectoral legislation. If the latter stipulates deadlines for personal data retention, the RDA Podravje - Maribor will erase personal data after the expiry of the mandatory deadline obligated by law.
RDA Podravje - Maribor reserves the right to retain information in the user's computer in the form of a cookie or similar file, the intention of which is to adapt the website to the users’ wishes.
